When J.J. McCarthy Throws His First TD Pass…
…The clouds will part, the angels will sing, and the long wait for the Vikings to have a true franchise signal caller will come to an end after literally 50 years. J.J. McCarthy will have arrived.
When J.J. McCarthy throws his first touchdown, it won’t matter who it is to. Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Jalen Nailor, T.J. Hockenson, it doesn’t matter; Wes Phillips could go out there and throw a Vikings uniform on and catch the pass for all I care. All that will matter is that we all know we just witnessed the first of many of the face of the franchise’s lethal lays into the basket.

I am hoping his first TD pass it to one of the Vikings.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
The Viking are the worse best team ever in the NFL

The 2009 NFCCG was recently on, but I rubbed my dick over a cheese grater instead.

I didnt realize how emotionally vested I became in that team, till the end of that game.
Still scarred. Not as deep as 98 or 77, but deep enough.

It took me 15 years to watch a replay of the 98 game. Well, most of it anyway. A couple years ago I started watching a replay of 09 and got about 30 minutes in and just turned it off.

I truly believe he is the QB to give us one. By FAR the Vikings are the best team to never win one. Actually, we are a top team in all time history. The only team to not have one unfortunately
Earlier today I watched the 1969 NFL Championship game where the Viking beat the Browns 27-7 and became the NFL Champs. Then of course, the following year began the era of the Super Bowls. A day late and a dollar short seems to be our calling.
Fk Gary Anderson.

Still can’t watch ‘98. ‘09 is also on the no watch list.
‘98 is the missing ring though
It's never news, but it always hurts.
I feel strongly, though, that when the curse lifts...and I'm admitting that the near future looks bright...the Vikings will be making up for some lost time in a big way.
This offseason finally addressed some long-standing issues, and that kind of "change" is exciting to a cynical purple person.
KOC, JJM, Flores...make a good plan, or you'll be following Kwesi....

Jim Houston sends his regards.
