Cant help but think Brosmer gets the Qb3 nod...

I dont agree about LDR either.

I know you cant have riches everywhere, but that projection highlights how thin the D backfield and RB rooms are. I think they make a move on both over the summer into the opener.

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

I think Batty more likely figures in at 5T than OLB. I also think he'll get placed on the practice squad to gain about 10 lbs. I think Yurosek beats out Bartholomew. And while I wouldn't bet on it (more than $20 anyway ), I think if there's one big surprise, it'll be Rypien over Howell.

I also think Yurosek will make the team. I have been high on him. He made a mistake leaving Stanford. Just didn't work out.

I don't understand why you'd keep Rypien at 29 years old as your QB3...that should be a developmental position. I get why they did it last year, but now? If Brosmer shows promise, should be a no brainer. If Bartholomew has a sustained nagging injury, he won't be able to show enough and he'll be gone. The O-line looks like a lock as he has it. I agree that LDR might be out. Richter's special teams play might make him a keeper over Batty. I agree with the LB take, same with the safeties. Not sure about the corners, might add someone late in preseason. Many of the last cuts on this will be on the practice squad....which might look very poachable to several talent-starved teams.

They could stash both Rypien & Brosmer on the PS as neither would likely be poached by another team. That would free up a roster spot for another offensive position.

Also, keep an eye on the WR position as Addison & the injured Rondale Moore are unlikely to be on the team on opening day. Two WRs that were going to be designated for the PS are going to start the season on the active roster.

Get on the bus, Gus. Don't need to discuss much.

CJ Ham will still somehow be on the Vikings roster long after all of us are gone.

Eventually they will no longer measure his career in years, but in half-lives.
