I'm super happy to see how the Wolves have grown and progressed. The KAT trade was hard and the timing was bizarre but I get it. It sucked but it is what it is. Julius Randle has really stepped up though. It's wild that they are back to back in the WCf. The future is bright for this team

It took a minute for Julius to find his place in MN. Needed to find his spot on the court. I feel he did that down the stretch and has really settled into his role on this team. So much so that he now doesn't want to leave MN. Julius is a great compliment to Edwards style of play. I don't feel KAT was that way.

They desperately needed it. Need to get the next one to even up the series.

It seemed like a bad trade at the time, however after watching KAT and Randle in the playoffs, the Wolves definitely got the better end of the trade and the Knicks would be a much better team with Randle and Divencenzo instead.  I have watched a lot of the Knicks in the playoffs, KAT is a painfully frustrating player to watch, one minute he looks amazing and then he can disappear an entire half.  He plays absolutely no defense, you would think a 7' 250lb guy would be a force, but he is a total non-factor on defense, in game one the Knicks built their huge lead with him on the bench and lost when he came in.  Secondly he thinks he is Steph Curry launching 3 pointers well past the 3 point line well before his entire team is even past half court.  Randle is 100%, high energy, does whatever it takes to win, while KAT looks like he is playing a pickup game at the park.  Just can't have that level of inconsistency from someone who is suppose to be your star player.

That win was huge. Playing physical defense, making 3s, less turnovers, bench scoring and better shot selection was huge. Great game from Terrance Shannon Jr. He had more points than SGA.

If that's legit, the NBA should take grammar lessons before they print out these cards.

I'm excited to see Dillingham and Shannon next year.  I think both can bring a scoring element off the bench we desperately need at times.  Just need them to play as good of defense as Conley and NAW.

I'm sure everyone here and around the world shares my breathless anticipation for the upcoming championship series between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers.

Well said by the local ink stained wretches:

"Connelly and Finch have a lot to digest as they reflect on the positives and negatives of the season in totality. The concerning takeaway is not that they lost in the conference finals again but rather how they lost.

The Thunder proved that they reside in a different class right now. The Wolves made the gap look even wider with a half-hearted effort."

i heard somebody say a couple weeks ago, the wolves were designed to be able to beat the nuggets in the playoffs, to bad that wont work for the thunder.

Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
