ITs definitely got pluses and minuses.
Certainly a more neutral site than on the road at CLE or PITT
But 1/2 a mos over-seas? Thats asking a lot of the players, org and families.
They'll keep all their home games, which is a plus. Flight is only an hour+ between the two cities. It'll feel like home games for the Vikings in both locations. Those are the plusses as I see them, and the downside of course of the time difference and being so far away. My guess is the NFL will accommodate all the family members that want to/can come as this is unprecedented.
Bottom line: two very winnable games for the Vikings. If you think a QB named McCarthy and a HC named O'Connell are going to lose in Ireland, think again. ;)
lol, reading some of the replies and tweets on Twitter.....fans are nuts, honest to God. Of all teams. So dramatic. Every day there's a four alarm fire in fandom online. Now the team is 'moving to London' and the 'NFL wants this'.... ;)
I don't know what these fans would do if they couldn't bait other team's fans with shit, there would be massive holes in their lives lol.
