So, apparently, despite (horrifyingly) taking the Oath of Office twice...he just doesn't know about this whole "Constitution" thing.

I thought the Conservatives were all about the Constitution? I guess the redcap variety are, as usual, unfortunate exceptions.

So, when the Oath says ""I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."...

...and he says "I don't know" when asked if he needs to follow it, and leaves it up to his "brilliant lawyers"...like Bondi, who said that 3/4 of America's citizens were saved from Fentanyl addiction in the last 100 days...

...why do the redcaps want anything to do with a president? They want a crypto emperor, and should all go found a new country to ruin together.

KOC, JJM, Flores...make a good plan, or you'll be following Kwesi....

Trump destroys Welker! No wonder he’s so overwhelmingly popular.

The fun part today, is: my news bundles are full of headlines about outrage and disgust over this latest treason spittle from the traitor in chief...and not just left-leaning, not just neutral, across the board.

The filth staining the Oval Office might set up the bleaching that's been overdue since late January....

Hmmm...so, he basically just dodged/deflected the "athoritarian" question rather than give a straight answer, and much of his celebrated immigration "victory" is causing lawsuits far and wide due to missteps/fictions in procedures.

Another reason why partisan "news" is typically trash.

Valid point from Kirk. Trump is so overwhelmingly popular that this is likely to be a permanent shift.

You're stretching for this one Z.  Many of the previous Admin's laws and orders were struck down on Constitutional grounds.  And Joe Biden took the Federal Oath of Office approximately 10 times.  I'm not sure how Trump deferring to lawyers on a question of Constitutionality is worse than an actual lawyer (Biden) having executive actions such as student loan forgiveness struck down as Unconstitutional. Pretty sure this is why the Constitution provides for separation of powers
