NFL to play in Australia
Melbourne in 2026. Europe is one thing, a 10 hour flight from LA. But Australia? That's a 22-hour flight from New York.
NFL will play a regular season game in Melbourne, Australia in 2026 in what will be the first game of a multi-year commitment to play there. The Rams are expected to play in the first game in Australia.

15 1/2 hr flight from La to Sydney...
You lose a day when flying from Los Angeles to Sydney because you cross the International Date Line (IDL).
Yikes!
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
Lol you can always count on the NFL to continue making decisions not in the best interest of the players, fans, or the game itself
I hate it.

Yep, it's 12:55 pm February 6th in Melbourne right now
Monday afternoon game in Melbourne would be Sunday night here. Unless they want to play on Sunday and go head to head with CFB Saturday night. Theyve had a gentleman's agreement not to play on Saturdays until CFB regular season is done but maybe that will change.
