I actually like Saleh very much as well, my top 2. Lou is an excellent D-coordinator, highly respected around the league. He's the scapegoat for this year's horrible Bengals D but they were ranked 6th just 2 years ago under him.

I just find interviewing a minimum of 8 people stupid and honestly a waste of time for the majority of those candidates. And what the Jets are doing is even worse as they are interviewing even more. Your target has to be much smaller than that legitimately.
