Otherwise, the team would consider trading him and starting Penix. Don't want decent to pretty good, they want optimal play for the contract. Not sure how they've come to that conclusion, considering that's been Kirko up to this point: pretty damn good at times but never elite for a prolonged period. And what team is going to absorb that contract in a trade? I'm sure its possible, but probably limited to even what team could financially do it.

In quickly re-reviewing the highlights (or lowlights) from Cousins, he didn't look right. His arm looked washed. There was hardly anything on some of these ducks he threw for INTs. Is that related to his Achilles? I think so, he seemed to throw off of one leg at times. Is it getting more sore as the season goes on? Check it out and see if you agree.
