Apparently he testified in front of Congress that he was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
According to his prepared testimony,  Favre plans to reveal his diagnosis when he mentionsPrevacus, the now defunct drug company that received about $2 million and counted Favre as it's largest individual investor.

This according to a Bleacher Report this morning.

well fuck, thats terrible, wouldnt wish that shit on any family.
