What was Roller Skates Ole's grade? ( Bradbury )
Nobody grades well against Dexter. Giants very clearly targeted Bradbury and Ingram with Lawrence, which is actually another feather in Brandel's cap.
Pressures allowed by #Vikings OL yesterday per PFF
LG Blake Brandel: 0
LT Christian Darrisaw: 1
RT Brian O’Neill: 1
C Garret Bradbury: 4
RG Ed Ingram: 6

The problem is that it typically doesnt take an above average DT to make Bradbury and Ingram look bad. We have 2 really good OTs, a ? at LG, but the other 2 on the IOL are still a huge problem and we will never go very far forward until they are replaced or make a HUGE improvement.. my money is on replaced.

5. Christian Darrisaw 79.4Welcome to the starting lineup Blake!
Wow, three of our top five highest-rated offensive players are on the OL. Pretty damn impressive considering the Giant's front 7.

They're not going to be replaced this year if that's what you're hoping for. Ingram might when Risner comes back, but then we take a hit in the run game. It'll be interesting to see what the Vikings do.
But it's all about matchups. In last night's game, Chris Collinsworth called Frank Ragnow the best center in the league. And he is definitely one of the best. But he struggled against Dexter Lawrence in their last matchup. Last year against the Falcons and Grady Jarrett, Ragnow's pass blocking grade was 19.7. Bradbury's pass blocking grade against the same Falcons DL was 65.8. It's all about game plans and matchups and how lines game plan to manage the interior pass rush.
If you're point is that this is not a team without weaknesses, no disagreement. But we just beat Dexter Lawrence's team 28-6, gave up one sack, ran the ball fairly well, and our ne're-do-well QB had enough time to complete his first 12 passes and now leads the NFL in passing efficiency. I think even you might find a sliver of hope in that. :-)

Our fatties carried tha day n both sides. Our OT’s were facing the teeth of the Gints defenders and handled them. I LMAO AT That holding penalty on Darrisaw early in the game. , he picked Thibodeaux up and rag doll slammed him down - didn’t see a flash from Thibdeaux after. Lol

LOL, I wanted him replaced 2 offseasons ago, I think he was a large part of the team not being able to ever hit their stride offensively with Cousins, they still made some great plays, but I dont think KC ever really trusted his protection up the middle, and I think his run blocking is over exaggerated since he typically get to jump to the 2nd level and hit a LB or get out and hit a DB, when it comes to him having to try and move a DT... it just doesnt happen. He seems like a nice guy, but he just isnt a good NFL offensive lineman IMO.

Now I am beginning to understand why they signed him to a 3-year deal at a higher rate than Risner.

Bottom 5 #Vikings on OFF/DEF according to @pffOffense
5. Brandon Powell 55.0
4. Ed Ingram 51.9
3. Garrett Bradbury 44.8
2. CJ Ham 40.2
1. Johnny Mundt 39.7And there is our RG and Center on the bottom as usual.
The play where Ham fumbled was so bad. It was like 3rd and 15, we were on our own 10, and Darnold checks it down to Ham. Dumb decision in the first place since Ham's odds of getting the 15 yds were almost zero, and then we put the ball on the ground.
Worst play of the game for us in an otherwise awesome game.
But yeah the less Mundt and Ham touch the ball, the better. I'm quite a bit higher on Oliver than both.

Heard Rouse could potentially move inside to RG. Not sure if that’s now or a possible future consideration.
You really heard that? Loved how Rouse has looked at tackle in the preseason and I'm a fan of getting the best five out there, but this would be a pretty big surprise.
