Anyone tell me why the pack are so hyped?
Because they have drafted well and built a nice team on top of being well coached. IT will be GB or Detroit in the NFC championship against someone. Unless Love is out for the season after that last play.

I went back and looked at their roster after you posted this. Jeezus, they knocked the 22 draft out of the park.
They are very young and haven’t proven anything yet, but are talented. I still think it’s dumb they gave Love 55 million, but they can afford to be dumb here and there with they way they are drafting.
Still don’t like sports media swinging on their schlong, they had a good run end of last year and are young. Never should have been in Super Bowl convos.
Love is so over rated, anybody with a count of how many passes were off the mark? Hell one pass went straight into the ground 3 yards in front of a wide open receiver. He is simply not accurate. The pack have a lot of young talent but they will no longer have a top QB.
People sleep peacably at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Neither QB played particularly well. Both threw some stupid passes. Love had a 50% completion percentage and Hurts threw 2 picks. Both teams looked beatable to me. If Love is out for the year, the Packers are done.
Scary thing is how good Barkley looked behind that best-in-show Eagles OL.
Love didn't look awesome last night (one of his TDs was a blown coverage) and it looked like his knee popped/shifted, which is just horrible for anyone to get injured like that. Especially with 6 seconds left in the game. My guess is full ACL blowout. I think LaFleur knew it, but is somehow hoping against hope its something less severe. Sucks for any fans to see your season go up in flames in Game 1. The road to the NFCC game just got easier for Detroit.
Those field conditions last night were terrible The NFL really did those players a disservice. I cannot remember ever seeing so much slipping of WRs and QBs even in icy conditions. It made the downfield passing game interesting to say the least. Of course the players health is all they are concerned about right?

I'll add to this that GB plays the comp pick game well. It seems like every draft the league is awarding them extra picks.
Keep in mind: its Game 1. Lots of rust to knock off and there's one less preseason game.
