Listening in on Sirus XM NFL Radio this morning and Vic Carruci was talking about Addison getting a 2-4 week suspension and that it will probably be the first month of the season.   Then went on to say that the first court date is Oct. 7th?   On a misdemeanor charge that has not been adjudicated how does the NFL suspend a guy for four weeks until the legal process has been completed?

The user will be suspended for 3 days and will receive an email with the reason and information about how to appeal.
