Man, the draft cannot get here fast enough. I just want to know how this story ends.
LOL the Vikings just can't have nice things. First try, NE flips out and takes Harrison, AZ takes Nabors, I trade up with the Chargers (11+23 for 5 and the Chargers' '25 3rd) and get Drake Maye...and the sim freezes.
2nd try, QB's go 1.2.3, McCarthy goes 6 to NYG and I have to make lemonade from lemons. Get to 11, I trade down with Indy to 15 for their #81... and the Broncos take Nix at 12. I take Quinyon Mitchell at 15, Penix at 23... and the sim freezes. Apparently just the thought of the Vikings getting a franchise QB gives ESPN a brain freeze :P
PS: They still have Penix ranked at #50. When was this thing updated?
Wow, that's a good one. ESPN. Surprised its not behind a pay wall. Give them time I guess.
I'd be interested to know what the simulator said last draft. Last years draft was hyped as the one to break the record for most QBs selected in the first round. That record wasn't even sniffed.
I got one where McCarthy went 1st over all so.....
I don't want Penix but this one was pretty good. I did trade into the 2nd to get Penix

In my first draft, Williams, Maye, and then Daniels went off the board 1,2,3. Cardinals take Nabors over MHJ and I trade 11 and 23 to land McCarthy at 5.
In the second one, all Hell breaks loose. After Williams, MHJ goes to the Redskins, Nabors goes to the Pats, Giants trade up to 4 and take Maye, and the
Raiders trade up to 5 to take Daniels which shows you how stupid and unrealistic this is as Harbaugh would never trade with the Raiders. JJM falls to us at
11. I take Chop Robinson over Latu at 23.
In both of these drafts, Penix and Nix do not go in the first round.
