Read for some pot stirring? What would you trade for Kirko?

Gotta be honest. Kirk is starting to look like an appealing option for me. He doesn't really have a cap hit to us if traded. Would you package a 3rd and some day 3 picks?

I'm over the K1 experiment. If this is what its going to be, we should have just kept JJM and worked on making an offense he could run.

He wouldn't go for that much with his age and Mendoza waiting in the wings.

IF we got the Kirko from 3 years ago before the injury, 100%. Not sure he has ever been the same since.

I think it'd be an interesting experiment, as Murray looks iffy at best, whereas JJ set records with Kirko' arm....

The only way imo that would happen is if Murray and Wentz both went down with injuries. And the deadline is near so I seriously doubt it.

Not interested in getting the band back together.. Kirk is better then Murray but still not interested. I still think the Vikings wont sign Murray after this season.

Never happen, we're riding with K1. I'm waiting for the breakout game....we've managed to get to 6-0 without Murray putting up a great game. Can he? Couldn't come at a better time with the next 3 games upcoming, so the time to be shy is over....

This might be Kyler Murray. Its almost spot on for over 1/2 his career. It doesn't paste well but if you take out 2024 we're basically what he's done since 2021 as a 3rd year player.

Meh.

The list of QBs who've looked better than Kyler this year is long, but I'm not sure that means they'd be better for us this season and in the playoffs. Our offense has been so bad for so long (NOT just this season), it's hard for me to believe that any one piece could fix/jumpstart the whole thing.

I dont think Raiders are interested in moving Kirko this year...They have no idea how Mendoza is going to do once he gets the start, which should be pretty soon.

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

I'm not a Kirk fan.
I was happy to see him leave...

That being said.

He knows the offense.
He takes care of the ball.
He gets the ball to Jefferson.

I think the Vikes become the superbowl favorite if Kirk joins this BFlo defense.

(kirk consistenly had this offense in the top 3rd of the league)

I'm 100% convinced that turning over the QB position to Wentz or Cousins would mean immediate, marginal improvement. But I don't think either of those QBs wins a Super Bowl for us. Kyler may not either, but I like his chances more late in the year and in the playoffs having gone through what he's going through now. Like KOC, I think there is a point where this should all start to come together. Frustrating that it hasn't yet, especially after taking a step back after what was an encouraging outing against the Saints.

As good as our defense is, I think the Lions will move the ball on us, especially with Gibbs. Maybe this is the game that forces us to push a little bit more—forces us to open things up a bit on offense. And maybe that's the revelation we need. If that requires a loss, so be it. Call me crazy, but at this point, I'd rather see the offense get on track than another victory.

I'm under no misconception we're going to go undefeated the next 4, but I am hoping 2/2?

That offense has to come around even for that to happen. All 4 of those teams can score in bunches.

They really looked listless on the "O" side of the ball. They do that this Sunday and it might not be even remotely close to the 3 pts Kitties are favored by.

Well, call me crazy but if the offense were to ever 'get on track', wins would be the last thing we'd worry about because they'd keep coming, lol. We have them now with really poor point production....I mean, with any kind of average offensive production, we'd what? Win each game by 17 points? 20? I don't think we'll need to offer up wins to the NFL Gods as sacrifice for better offensive output, the defense will just walk over and say, 'about f-ing time'. 😂
