That's true, the Jets did crumble and the mantra lately has been that the Packers cannot close.
I've been saying the similar things about Love for years. I've never been a fan and never thought his game was going to have the staying power some people predicted. Maybe it he can find his "lightning in the bottle" for more years to come, but right now, it's glorious to see a Packer QB struggling.
What cracks me up is the double standard. If most Vikings fans and the national talking heads are going to dissect every little thing about McCarthy's mechanics, footwork and throwing motion, then how the hell has Love gotten a relative pass, now in Year 6?
Love literally jumps when he throws sometimes, almost like he's shooting a fadeaway jump shot while throwing off his back foot. 😂 And we've all seen those high, floating balls that look like his best Kyler Murray interception impersonation.
Yet somehow we're still supposed to talk about him as the next great Packers QB...one of the only 3 QBs over the last 3 decades?
Maybe we should apply the same microscope to Love that everyone seems determined to put under McCarthy's chin. 🤷♂️

Love is always what he's been. He looks great when he recognizes pressure and gets the ball out quick. If his OL gives him time, he has a great deep ball. But dating back to college, if he is getting pressured and hit, his mechanics and decision making go downhill fast.
