To digest all of the last game and move on to next week?

With a nice win? I'm usually ready by about Tuesday

With a loss? Monday

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

As for digesting it, it really varies.

Win ~ For me, it depends on the win. Who we played, how we played. Sometimes the win is soooo sweet that I like letting it simmer in my brain for a bit.

Lose ~ Again, it depends on the loss ~ How we lost ~ Whether they played their hearts out, played a good/smart game, or played like 💩.

I'm always ready to move on though!

About the same.

Love reviewing the win thru Monday and some of Tuesday.

On a loss, I move on much quicker.

Wentz did exactly what he is supposed to. Not lose us the game as a backup QB. Happy to have him.

With Greed's post ^^^

Been a fan so long & I get so stressed out, I can't even really watch the games. Just keep my eye on updates.

If we win I'll watch the highlights and dissect and believe....

If we lose, I'll watch the lowlights and think "yeah - Figures"

Thing is we've been a great "winning" franchise, but without THE wins that matters most.

But, but, that doesn't answer his question. 🙃

LOL - It just feels good to come out of this 2-0. Offense needs to start helping, however.

51 years old. Been let down so many times and also had exciting times too. More of the 1st than the later.

Became a fan when I moved to MN at 10 years old from SF.

So the answer is.... seconds. Too weathered and beat down/exhausted with this team to let it carry over into any of my week. Too much other stuff to do. Fishing, surfing, riding dirtbikes or whatever. I cared a lot more from 10 to about 40. The fire has died quite a bit to say the least.

I'm usually caught up in the previous result for a few days. Like today I'm still very much into Bears/Vikes game content. Wednesday or Thursday I'll start to get excited about the upcoming game.

But I guess compared to most of the replies in this thread, I soak in the results a bit longer than others.

There is so much more information to digest now vs the days of waiting for my Vikings Report in the mail lol!

Its overwhelming...

Okay Okay... It typically takes me a day or so. The next day I usually start looking at the next opponent with a win or a loss.

I watch the game, but definitely need to change shirts afterwards.

As an aside, had lots of people up on week 1. My daughters boyfriend is a big Viking fan so he came and had a jersey on. I broke out my classic Brad Johnson jersey, but took it off after the first half because I was sweating. I am not superstitious, only a little stitious, so when the Vikings turned it around, the jerseys got hung back up and will stay there.

Do you wash your jersey after a viking win?

Don't trade JJ.

Good recall. One knows you can't wash the smell of victory off a Brad Johnson jersey.

Wins - Tuesday/Wednesday

Some, like the past two Sundays, I let it simmer a bit and watch replays or highlights a couple of times. If it’s an AFC team or not a very interesting game, I’m over it Monday evening.

Losses - That day, I don’t watch highlights, breakdowns, talking heads, or even previews of upcoming games.

I work shift work. 12 hour days/nights, rotating back and forth between days and nights. So, most of the time I don’t even watch games. I might catch some live action here and there.

My wife went through an autoimmune thing a few years ago that beat her up pretty good, and then breast cancer last year. I had an heart attack in ‘22. Our time is spent doing stuff that doesn’t antagonize our souls. Years of anxious or pissed off days is in the past. I’m more the casual fan. I have opinions, just don’t share a lot.

I am coming into town for the Colts game. Being from Indiana, my oldest son is a Colts fan. The youngest a Green Bay fan. It’s kind of a dad/sons thing. My son in law, also a colts fan, may come too.
