In his 2026 bold predictions for all 32 NFL teams, @DanGrazianoESPN thunks Dallas Turner could breakout for the Vikings:

Sure would make the drafting of Nine a whole lot more tolerable.
His arrow is definitely trending up, but I'll have to see him hit beast mode to believe it. 3.5 sacks as a rookie, 8 last year, now a full time role so yes, like I said, the stock is rising. But a game changing elite edge guy? Not sure, still have some doubts. JMO.
For where he was drafted and the capital KAM spent to get him?
I would hope he becomes a big impact/pro bowl guy.
I had BIG HOPES for the 2 cornerstones from that 24 draft....
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

That is really the key point, we gave up a lot to get him. When you give up that much for a non QB it really has to be someone who is coming in right away and making an impact. I feel we are behind in what we invested so would be great if he can really be a dominant player this year. He needed to get bigger and stronger as he seemed to get swallowed up some, so hopefully he has improved in that area.

Sorry, but a BOLD prediction would be "Turner will lead the league in sacks." Don't use "don't be surprised if," or "among the leaders" if you want bold.

JJM led with 27 sacks last year. 1 out of every 9 pass attempts.

I mean he was just 15 years old when he was drafted?
kidding of course, but he just turned 21 at that time
I got a long-ball fan view; I'm willing to give some grace and have patience with the trend he's put up his first 2 seasons..He's been working hard on his craft.

I think this is fair. I'm 90% sure he will have 10+. Hoping for more like 15-17+
That’s where I’m at. Assuming we’re ahead more often, Turner et al should have more pass rush opportunities.

Well considering I believe he will be the number one pass rusher in the NFL come years end, I would assume he will have over 12.5. With DOnald back in LA, Garrett is going to eat, however. If Donald is even 80 percent of what he was.
