It was reported that JJM worked with John Beck in the offseason to work on his mechanics. Beck has a reputation as a QB savant. Yet, during camp we saw the same flaws that we saw last season. It's both baffling & frustrating.

I’m in line with KOC on this one. I’d keep working with him. It’s not like you have to have cap relief. Will he get there? I just don’t know. In my opinion it comes down to his mental make up. I still feel the loss of year one was devastating to his development. I know I may be 1 of 1, but I saw improvement in the preseason.
He certainly wasn’t my pick in that draft and I don’t think he was KOC’s either. I’ve always felt it was Nix and Kwesi overruled him.
