McGlothern is certainly trending down. When Okudah was injured last season, Flo opted for the 31 year old Fabian Moreau over Nudie. For the season, he had only 31 snaps at CB. I doubt that it will take long for Vaughn or one of the other UDFA CBs to pass him on the depth chart.

McGlothern isn't the sharpest knife. Metellus did his question and answer thing last year and one question was something like (paraphrasing) but it basically asked who's the most naive on the team and they all said Nudie. I think he's dumbass material.
I definitely don't see Rouse making the final roster,

McGlothern show promise his first year with the Vikings, then has regressed every year since. Probably doesn't put the time or effort during the off-season to get better and this all shows up at training camp.
I highly doubt he makes the cut this year...
