My favorite segment of all Vikings podcasts might be after the Packers lose, then on Purple Daily they will play the different Packer dingleberries losing their shit over a Packers loss. They all want to fire LaFleur and the GM and Jordan Love and probably the mayor of Green Bay as well. It's entertaining!

Whaaa! Waaa!

Nobody else has any suspicious calls when playing the packers. Those roughing the passer were bad calls, but to damn bad. Don't miss 2 FGs and it wouldn't matter.

Watching Packers fans lose their minds after a loss is incredibly cathartic - I think I actually feel younger, stronger, more hopeful, and even more alive afterwards. But if you really want to experience joy, there s nothing like watching the delusion followed by abject misery of Cowboys fans after a loss. They are the best.

My father, when he was alive, was a diehard Cowboys fan. I had to listen to the 90's crapola all the time. I wanted the Vikings to win just 1 before he passed, but NOOOOOOO! Now I can only hope they get one before I do.

Purple Daily just won the Marconi award for best sports podcast. That's the equivalent of winning an Oscar for radio.

Funny thing is... the first clip in the article, k I can buy that one. Looked like helmet to helmet contact in real time so I can see why they called that. But the grounding call was correct, ball didn't get to the original LOS. The Wyatt play he slammed him down after the play was blown dead. Doesn't matter if you hear the whistle or not. And the other roughing the passer call, the ball was out for a loooong time and he still made forcible contact with the QB whether he was trying to or not. Packers players have been trying to play with an edge all year and it's biting them cuz they are pushing way past the line.

My oldest son is a Colts fan, my youngest is a Packers fan.

I know, I know!

Anyway, after the game we were eating dinner and my youngest was complaining about some of the roughing the passer penalties and my oldest said, “It’s your fucking rule! If A-Aron wasn’t a pussy, the NFL wouldn’t have stepped in and changed the rules!”

I laughed and said, He isn’t wrong.

They did! I listen to them daily. It's entertaining. Thor is my fav, but all their little segments and everything. No, they don't know everything, but again, it's entertainment. They also made my wife a Vikings fan, she finds them terribly entertaining as well (Sorry hon for bringing you in on this misery).
