Game 2 is upon us. I'm ready for it!
Let's hope for great/smart plays on both sides of the ball. It would be awesome to be 2-0 at the end of the game.
Remember, even if it's a loss, it will not be the end of the world, nor will the sky be falling. It's only game 2 & there's a lot left of the season.

Raining and windy in Chicago might be to our advantage. Could keep Williams from running around on us making huge plays. I hope the rain picks up even more wind this afternoon. If the weather was perfect we'd have very little chance IMHO

Yeah, I think some NFCN fans are buying into the national media Bear's hype. But what else is new, every week is an overreaction of some sort. For me, I just don't think a cement-footed Carson Wentz is going to score enough traditional drive points to beat Chicago. I'd bring the sink if I were Dennis Allen and that'll prove to be the winning formula. KOC loves his long developing plays and so he'll get spanked in that regard with Carson.
Just a slightly off-center thought that's loud in my mind, this morning:
the entire NFL world has been hyping up the "Johnson/Flores" chess match...all week long, practically since the Week 1 games ended.
I have to wonder how KOC feels about this, both being excluded from most of the headlines AND not being mentioned in the same breath as coach Johnson...
...and whether he'll want to steal a headline or two.
Just...a thought.

Was Wk1 offensive philosophy the start of a trend? Or the anomaly?
We know each week has its own narrative, but I will be interested to see if they stick to something more balanced. Hopefully something that keeps Wentz from getting behind the sticks too often.
Hell, that could mean more throwing on 1st down to keep 2 and 3 more manageable.
