I expect Flores will have an answer for this. Typically he doesn't blitz as heavily against Johnson's offenses. So it makes it harder to scout what tendencies Flores has because he adjusts his D so much game to game.

I told my buddy I wouldn't expect near as many blitzes against Chicago. Johnson will beat you if you try and be too cute with it.

I'm worried just as much about the Bears' run game. It looked pretty damn impressive against the Panthers.

The Bears ran the ball 39 times for 291 rush yards (7.5 yards per rush attempt) and six touchdowns at the Panthers on Sunday, which included scampers of 14, 28, 29, 32 and 61 yards from the legs of Kyle Monangai, D’Andre Swift and Caleb Williams.

So Love found the holes early, but the pressure gets to everyone eventually. Even Brady looked mortal against a good pass rush.

Just for me, not a ton of excitement about this game with Wentz starting. Just can't see a path to victory with him. The Bears will roll, the media will crown them and at the same time dismiss the Vikings. Yippee. 🙄

I'm bummed Kyler is not playing, but give Wentz some credit. He threw three TD passes in 20 minutes and scored 29 unanswered points against a better defense than we're facing in Chicago. And yes, that's mostly KOC, but Wentz not turning the ball over was key.

I'm worried about Caleb and Swift and Ben Johnson. I'm not worried about their defense. Bears pass defense ranks 31st; they were 29th last year. They got no pressure on Bryce Young last week and Young torched them for 361 yards. Their secondary broke records for highest passer rating against...and people are talking about them like they're going to shut down Jefferson, Addison, et al.

I thought it was the right move under the circumstances, but I wish they didnt have to put K1 on ice

This teams QB room needs some serious sageing.
