Well if yesterday was any indication, Dallas Turner is the real deal. Does Kwesi get credit for him? He looked good. Every time the announcers were talking about someone around Love it seemed to be Dallas Turner.

DT15 absolutely balled out yesterday! Was so much fun to see. So many guys made big plays on defense: Cashman, AVG for sure... Wilson flashed a little. LDR, Big Citrus. The Hitman. Good showing when it mattered the most by Flo and the gang.

I cant highlight enough how important Cashman is to this D...I saw Harry directing traffic out there too.

There is a significant drop off when Cashman is out and injured. Between him and Smith, the IQ of this defense is significantly enhanced. I will give Flores credit, dude usually makes great adjustments. It almost seems like the 1st half he sets the team up for the 2nd half. It's like 2 different defenses.
Turner was a difference maker in the game, which was really great to see. He still has a long way to go, Packers were baiting him inside often and then running outside of him, he has to learn to seal off the edge.

And sometimes they didn't even block him. It was weird.

One of the edges was on the DB, I think it was Murphy. He completely bit inside. Turner did his job forcing the RB inside, but Murphy then bit and gave him the edge again.
The thing that has me excited that I didn't know he had was a bull rush. He pushed and stacked that OT several times, that takes strength. He's insanely quick off the snap from a standing position.
