I'm near the front of the frustration line being a fan since 75. But also NOBODY during this Wilf tenure has gotten the QB right for this team (as Medaille pointed out) with the exception of 2009.
They got close with Kirko but couldn't field an OL to protect him if their lives depended on it. I think thats on RS as much or more than anybody.
The TOA was in place for 7 years then they admitted failure and promoted Rick from director of player personnel to g.m. Rick was average imo. Then the out of box Wall Street spreadsheet guy. Now back to the triangle until they pull off the next brilliant move. 😀
The best NFL teams typically have a strong g.m. but the Wilfs don't seem to have the ability or even the desire to find one.
