one thing we've learned is the Vikings value the UDFAs as possible additions and not just TC fodder.

His 6’5” stature paired with a quick burst gives Flores a player he can potentially mold into a defined role on this defense. 8. Lemieux mainly played tackle at Dartmouth but looks to be transitioning to C as he aims to lock down a roster spot. His positional versatility has to be intriguing to Minnesota and he will compete with Jurgens and Gerhardt for the backup/practice squad positions. #SKOL

There are some players in the UDFA class that have a little more pedigree or name base, but Knotts is the 1 UDFA that I am most interested in that not only do I think could potentially make the team in the next year or two, but could continue to improve to be a legit option in the NFL. Players can have the speed and size like Knotts but then you have to put it together. He struggled for multiple years, then put up the stats he did with a marginal QB and originally coming in as a #3, #4 option this year. He was blowing by defenders at the college level.
A 4.3-second 40-yard dash is elite for a man who is 6'3", regardless of the sport, and is considered "freakish" speed for that height in football. Let’s hope he can run routes and catch too…! 🙂

Man there is virtually nothing on this guy. NFL Draft Buzz goes 90 deep on the WRs and he's not there. The HWS and tape is pretty good for someone to just be ignored like that.
