The Dolphins held a players-only meeting on the team's off day Tuesday in the wake of their 33-8 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 to make sure they remained "on the same page."
Players only meeting....before Week 2...lmao. Its over.

The quirky and 'nerdy' offensive 'genius' was all the rage with the media two years ago....not so much now. Too much velvet and not any occasional iron fist out of McDaniel. I don't think his team respects him. He's got no presence.

Someone will get a great offensive coordinator next year. Many just cannot make the jump from coordinator to head man. Much like our D coordinator. Must be something with the dolphins org?
