Nothing too surprising

CB really sticks out as a potential weak spot. Rodgers was number 5 in reps for Eagles last year, is not a starter. Hopefully Okudah has a rebirth here and someone like McGlothern or Vaughn turn out to be a real find. Would think King would be in top 4 for LBs the way the reports have been on him.
Felton and Moore as special team starters is good to see.

I expect King to edge out Asomoah, but it is a bit early.
I noticed a few that caused my eyebrows to go up.
Obviously, we need to see some pre-season action to validate any of this...but...my three points are:
I thought Sam Howell as #2 QB was a stretch
Backup WRs were telling. With Addison missing the first three games, are they saying that Lucky Jackson is going to step up to be WR#2 ahead of Nailor or Felton? Interesting.
On the DL backups, I really like Mr. Constant Motor (Levi D-R)as backup #1, ahead of last-year's overachiever Jalen Redmond (who I really liked, even with limited snaps last year).
Please God, just one Lombardi before I die.

It's interesting that they have Felton listed as the KR. He only returned 6 kicks at Maryland & they were all in the 2022 season. Reportedly, he's struggling in camp & understandably so. He's going to make the team by virtue of being a 3rd round pick, but if he doesn't win the KR job then what's the option? Have him inactive every week until he shows that he can contribute?
The preseason is so meaningless. In fact, starters play less in today's preseason games than ever in NFL history. Every team is trying to get a little work accomplished while avoiding injuries, that's Job 1: stay healthy. But you force season ticket holders to pay full price for this garbage so you sprinkle some starters in. I don't see many surprises to the depth chart, probably a good thing.
If JJ wasn't announced to play some Saturday, who's going to attend this game?? To watch Sam Howell or Brett Rypien?

I didn't hear Felton was struggling. I assumed he earned the role. Maybe they are just throwing him out there and see what he is made of.
