I dont have any vitriol towards Wes...
He's gotta be bringing something to the table football wise (culturally?)
Especially as they didnt promote Udinski and kick Wes to the curb.

As I've mentioned before, I don't sweat losing assistants. The next great assistant is out there, more than likely several waiting for their chance to move up. I've heard the same thing when Minnesota lost Stefanski, etc. Its part of the deal. Wes must be doing something right.
