My guess is Ingram had a lot to do with the  sack, fumble and TD .

His split  was off , Bradbury and Ingram were  too tight. 

When Bradbury stepped to set, he landed  on Ingram's foot. 

And viola.......

The interior O-line got handled early and then seemed to stabilize. Seems the Vikings never really play a complete game from start to finish.
