To help overhaul the organization.

First meeting, he brings drawings of new unis.  The helmets have the letters "WSR" on them. 

"Well," he says, "your brand has really bounced around the last few years, you need a new, solid identity that the fans can embrace.  With that in mind, I give you the Washington Slick Ricks!  And did you know I'm also available to be your general manager?"
