Sure its the D, but it's also O and ST's but in an indirect way...

Here is why the Vikings are 6/0:

The Minnesota Vikings have a turnover differential of +7, which leads the NFL for the 2026 regular season.

I think everyone knows why the team is 6-0.....the question is how do we get offensively to the place we can make it out of round 1 of the playoffs? Intrigued to watch these next 4 or 5 games.

FWIW last year the Vikings were -4 in turnovers after 6 games and (3-3)

Don't trade JJ.

KOC has a lot of wins that are really close games. He seems to measure how aggressive his play calling is based upon who he is playing, how the game is going, and what the score is. He is pretty conservative when he has a lead. He realizes the implications of turnovers and is tries to minimize them. I think he may be a little more aggressive with his game plan in the next 4 weeks. What he is doing is working but he knows he will need the offense to produce to continue with that success. Finding ways to get Jefferson the ball more often would help a lot.

The offense is being very cautious with the ball, especially Murray.

My question is, is that caution making him late and off on his throws. Is he being too careful and therefore missing his throws?

But to the OP, yes, running the ball and not turning it over is a big part of being 6-0. Just need to balance that with some aggression from the QB. I think the play calls are there, Jefferson is getting open, Murray missed him on a few yesterday. If he hits those open throws, the offense stays on the field and gets a rhythm.

Speaking of Special Teams.. Seemed like Indy was getting a lot of KO return yards and a block kick.

Our defense and special teams are the reason this team is 6-0. Without their elite play, this could easily be a 0-6 team. If we had just an average defense, we’d be lucky to be 3-3, regardless of the turnovers.

If the offense could simply be average, we’d be crushing some of these teams instead of having close end results. The closest they have looked to competent was with Wentz in during game one. Other than that, this offense isn’t close to being able to win a playoff game.

I think he is being too hesitant. Sometimes you just have to throw the ball before the break and trust your receiver will be there. It is like he is second guessing it too much. Sometimes you just have to trust yourself.
