Viking/Bears opening spreads
Bears: -5.5
Over/Under: 49.5
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
3 of the next 4 games on the road, with a really difficult next two:
Dolphins
I know it's a one week at a time league, but also hoping for 3/2 after the next 4. The D has to hold things down while the offense hopefully stabilizes

Don’t like our chances with Wentz.
I watched a good part of the Chicago game. Their defense is good at getting turnovers but they still give up yards and points.
We were a 52 yard kickoff from beating them twice last year with JJ McCarthy at QB.
I think Flores will keep us in the game this year and frustrate Caleb Williams enough. Biggest thing is can Wentz avoid turnovers? If so, I like our chances. Gotta keep running the ball though and keep that Chicago offense on the sidelines.

I’m rooting for you all. I hate the Bears.

That's kind of a BFlo D as well, those turnovers are important. But its unpredictable when whether they come or not. Wentz is going to be blitzed a ton, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets banged up in this game. My concern is can they (Vikings) score enough points with traditional drives instead of turnovers.
Play some good D, run the ball and keep Superman's touches to a minimum
I think we've won there like the last 6 times, which is hard to fathom.
If its a slobberknocker game? I like our chances, but am tempted to take the Bears and give 5.5 too

If the O-line can start to open up lanes with our 2 running backs - it becomes a ball control game and you are limiting the bears chances. I do think the defense was working some kinks out. Some new D line - bringing back Smith. Green Bay was also relatively 1 dimensional without Jacobs. I really don't know how to rate this team yet.
Before week 1 we had no idea what the Vikings were because they never played in the preseason long enough to find out; that was a mistake. Those preseason scrimmages, against other teams, don't seem to be effective at preparing the team for the season.
After the first game we still don't know anything about Murray. What we do know is the offensive line, that was going to be great on paper is once again, a weak spot. We also know the defense can't cover for crap if the pressure doesn't get home.
I predict the Bears are going to smoke the Vikings. The only way I see the offense scoring enough points is if they play a dominant physical game and run the ball right from the start, controlling TOP and keeping Williams on the bench. The defense will have to not only contain Williams but also get him down when they get an opportunity. He's extremely fast and elusive. Special teams needs to improve their kick coverage as well.

We have owned Caleb. Pics below from every game we have faced Caleb
