I think Reid was going run-heavy all the game to protect Mahomes. He's definitely knocking off rust and getting used to the brace I would imagine.

Well if you add his 6 receiving targets that’s 29. That projects to 493 touches(391 carries) in 17 games, w/o playoffs. Walkers’s career high was 228 carries in 15 games, he had 221 in 17 last season. So, I think my point stands…😇

He shared a lot of that load in Sea with Charbonet.

Anyone know WTF D. Jackson was doing here? Someone said it was Jones responsibility but if you are a LG and only see 1 player in front of you and Darrisaw MAYBE you pick up the guy right in front of you vs jumping left leaving him wide open to the QB?

When you blitz as much as we do and put a lot of people at the line and take them out of coverage..you better come away with some sacks. Lots of wide open Packer receivers. On the Oline, that contract we gave Fries is a killer. I was hoping he was just hurt last year but he's not getting it done and certainly isn't worth the contract.

The guy he blocked was lined up over him. He ended up shooting the gap between Jackson and Darrisaw (and 51 who was on the edge over Darrisaw dropped into coverage) so they both end up blocking him but Darrisaw ended up with no one. I don't know the line call there, but it certainly could have been the RBs responsibility to step up and fill that gap if he does blitz.

It was a well executed rush. Sometimes the other team does that.
