Just some tidbits rolling around in my mind
Kudos to the offensive staff for adjusting the run game and start going vertical. Packers were camping on the wide zone and couldn't adjust to our adjustment.
Jefferson is one strong mofo. That cheap shot to the back of his head early had no effect. And then on his short TD reception, he turned that corner and had no business getting into the endzone. But he shook off the one defender and lunged for 3 yards in the air. Reminds me of the play a few years back where he shook off a LB and dove for the endzone. Sticky called it back then, Jefferson is very strong for a guy his size.
Turner. That 1st step is sooo quick. I remember watching Verse do nothing for the Rams as SF dominated their game. He may have cost a bit in the draft and taken a couple years, but wow. That one sack on Love was just crazy fast.
GB's kicker should have been called for attempting to trip Price on that huge return. He missed, but swung his leg out to trip him.
So glad Harry is back. I think Jackson was responsible for 2 huge passing plays, including the long Watson catch and run. Hopefully Jakobe and Jacob Thomas get back soon and we don't have to endure any more Theo.
Wasn't overly impressed by the O-line being aggressive. On the TD by Jones, I thought Darrisaw was rather casual and almost ruined the play. D Jackson looks like the real deal, but a couple of plays Darrisaw looked to casual. Normally he dominates and makes it look easy, but he needs to put a bit more effort in.
At this point in his career, I suppose Wentz is who he is. He isn't going to fix his mechanics/accuracy. Rumors around that he doesn't take to coaching, but I wonder if his knee injury changed anything. He was in the MVP conversation that year. I know he was raw coming out and I didn't really pay attention to him in Philly, but he must have been doing something better before the knee. Either that or the coaching just hid his flaws better.

What did I say that is wrong lol. Camp reports for Kyler weren’t great either. I’m not saying cut him. I’m saying I hope we see Wentz for one more game, against a defense that knows he’s coming. If he craps the bed well now we know. But on Sunday he made some really nice throws under pressure.
EAGAN, Minn. -- The hit that caused Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray's concussion was a "violent, physical play" but was not objectionable, coach Kevin O'Connell said Monday.
"It would be one thing if there was a headfirst slide and a clear declaration [of giving himself up]," O'Connell said. "But I don't put any fault on anybody there."
The injury occurred on the Vikings' 11th offensive snap in Sunday's 39-22 victory over the Green Bay Packers at U.S. Bank Stadium. At the end of a third-down scramble, Packers defensive end Lukas Van Ness and safety Javon Bullard converged on Murray. As the quarterback started going to the ground, contact from Van Ness began to dislodge his helmet. Bullard then hit Murray's head with his right shoulder and forearm.
Murray initially was motionless on the turf, and multiple teammates nearby said his body was in a fencing posture, which is a common immediate side effect of brain trauma. Murray eventually walked off the field under his own power.
The Vikings placed Murray in the concussion protocol, but he was feeling well enough to chat with teammates and coaches in the postgame locker room. On Monday, O'Connell said that Murray was feeling "pretty good" and did not rule him out of being available for the Vikings' Week 2 game at the Chicago Bears.
"He was in meetings today," O'Connell said. "He's not having the type of symptoms where he's not able to be in meetings or things like that. He's able to watch the tape, and we'll just take it a day at a time and see how he's doing and make the determination when that time comes."
Carson Wentz, who replaced Murray against the Packers and threw three touchdown passes, would start against the Bears if Murray does not clear the protocol in time. J.J. McCarthy would be the backup. Second-year quarterback Max Brosmer is on the practice squad.

Carson made some nice throws and some off target throws to wide open receivers. That's what you get with him. But you also get a guy who is calm under pressure and can make all the reads, though he is a bit slow at it. He lacks mobility and has large wind up with slow release. No denying, he was the best QB last year, and sadly, may just be the best this year. I sure hope Murray is the guy or JJ suddenly has a metamorphisis. But Wentz is a good number two QB and I'm glad he is here.
Harrison Smith still matters. He tipped that ball up for the INT and James Pierre got it. Dallas Turner really stepped up. Van Ginkel and Cashman got through. Kudos to Wentz, Jones and Jefferson. This season is going to be another wild ride.
