I suggest we treat "Palestine" and its people as legitimate threats to national security.

Here's some election interference

"The ballot box fires, which occurred near the Oregon-Washington border, are also believed to be connected to a third ballot box incident that occurred earlier this month in Vancouver, Washington, police said.

The sources said the incendiary device used in the first arson, back on Oct. 8, had "Free Gaza" and "Free Palestine" on it. The two subsequent devices, set off in the early hours of Monday morning in Vancouver, Washington and nearby Portland, Oregon, carried the slogan "Free Gaza."

Now...yes, I know this could be "Smollett-esque" to coin a recent term, but after all the vandalism, damages, delays, and constant gaslighting from BDS and others...this barely seems like it'd be a minor step out of their way.

Their marches up here were pretty nauseating, if not horrifying. I wasn't ready for Germany, 1936, to play out in the USA over the past year. Dark as my humor is, I have limits.

For me, I have to distinguish between the Palestinian people as a whole and terrorist organizations like Hezbollah. And no, Hezbollah should never have been a governing body.

There will NEVER be peace in the middle east till they figure out Gaza and what parcel of land can the Palestinians call home.

This is from someone who's household is 1/2 jewish too.

Given the tendency to elect terror groups (there's an absolute pattern), teach their children hatred/violence towards Jews/Israel from school texts handed out by UNRWA and the Palestinian Authority (which has been caught/confirmed by Israel, the EU, the US, and others many, many times for decades), and the adherence to hateful plus fictional messages from such horror shows as the late (about fuggin' time) Sinwar, Arafat, and back to the Mufti's conferences with hitler...

...I'll never believe that they want, or will accept, coexistence.

I say, if Iran wants to support the terror proxies willing to martyr these people, just send them the people outright and quit pretending. Fold Gaza and the West Bank into Israel for good, quit ignoring history, and remind the dinks shrieking "colonizers" that the area was Judea for a long fuggin' time before the Arabs got there...after the Romans had been there...and so forth.

"They" is painting with a broad brush...I think we use it too much in this country right now as well; trying to explain Dems vs Repubs too.

I really consider myself purple cause neither party captures where I stand across a # of issues.

I wont try and change your mind.

I liken it (loosely) to the German population post 1945, lots of Nazi's, haters and deniers.

listening to Gad Saad on a Rogan podcast, apparently the Muslim religion teaches that once land becomes Muslim controlled, it is their duty to protect and if lost to regain control of it... So if this is truly the teaching of Muhhamed, then how could even the peaceful yet devout Muslims ever be content with a peaceful coexistence with Jews in Israel... or really any part of the middle east? hell if this is truly the case, how could you ever expect them to live peacefully anywhere if they get a controlling majority in any given area of the world? Granted I doubt many individual Muslims would feel this way, but just like Christianity can become polluted, I am not surprised to see the lawlessness take control of regions that become largely Muslim...again if this is really the preaching's of Muhhamed.

I am torn on this one, it was Jew land first, but then again the US was largely Native American and Hispanic controlled when the Europeans got here.... how would we all react if China or Russia started arming the Mexicans and Indians to take back the US?

Yah, lots of dirty hands in the world. Whether we're talking stoopid NFL coaches and their rookie QB's or evil hiding behind religious justifications.

It's in the polling, the history, and the behaviors. I actually was all about the "two state solution" for a long time, and I was all for Bibi's ouster when his power mongering got more and more evident in recent years...but then, 10/7 happened.

In constant polls, the Gazans support hamas' actions. I recognize that they might do so out of fear to an extent, but again...the hatred has been found in their textbooks, their writings, their culture...constantly.

"Palestine" was never a state, it was an area, and a whole lot of this identity was formed out of both fictions formed in the 60s and hatred that came from refusal to share the land in 1948. The Arabs/Muslims that weren't vicious/hateful? Their descendants are among the nearly 2 million living with full rights in Israel now.

Yes, there are dirty hands in Israel as well...but, given that the "Palestinian" story arguably starts with 5 armies trying to exterminate Israel directly after its re-establishment and that remaining the publicly stated goals of hamas, hezbollah, etc, ever since...I see much more blood and dirt, and intent, over there.

So, the way I see it...just quit asking Israel to keep giving area to people openly determined to destroy them, as no sane population would put up with that.
