You, like everyone babbling that BS, are either woefully ignorant or intentionally lying sacks of s**t.  Not sure which, in your case.

I'm kinda wondering how a gun manufacturer is supposed to know the minds of all their customers...and why anyone would support statist idiots that punish the gun owner LEAST LIKELY to be involved in crimes while also, inevitably, being soft on actual criminals...but I guess one can just look at the voters in various districts and find the moron herds.
Are you F'ing kidding, what has been rolled back since DC V Heller.  What the f^ck are you babbling about, and why are you such a victim.  When has all this happened to you, the most enlightened of all internet authorities.  Enlighten me motherf***er, what has been taken by whom, and correct my grammar if that keeps your stiffy aroused and you on point.

If the manufacturer has no clue what is in his customers mind why should they not be held accountable for providing increased lethality to an unregulated population.  What do you mean by the punishment of the least likely?  What your rant points to is no discrimination between the  "least likely" and the "actual criminals".  Just make it as easy for one as the other to be armed in an unfettered way, so that's just on you, so own it, quit being such a whiney victim.

Simple question, so should be in your wheelhouse, where do criminals get their guns for making you need more guns to protect yourself?
Har!

Damn, sparky, are you crying?  You come across like a kid that's trying out profanity in the middle of a bedtime tantrum!

It'd been kind of a blah day, but now...that's funny!  Much better!

Here's a review, because you apparently need it:

1.  It has nothing to do with me, it's about American rights being trampled on...and, again, I gave examples of the legislations involved. Chicago was infamously tight on gun regs, yet is always top-3 in violent gun crimes.  Meanwhile, dumbasses want to just throw more laws and regulations that aren't aimed at the actual criminals...but tax and/or limit the options for legit gun owners under the premise of "crime prevenetion".

2.  Murder is already illegal, which is apparently news to lefties thinking that there's somehow a missing law/regulation involved.

3.  Legit gun owners commit a minority of gun crimes, yet the laws punish them for crimes they're unlikely to be committing.

4.  I'm actually ALL FOR gun education, as there used to be shooting clubs/classes in schools when...wait for it...there weren't all these mass shootings.

5.  To add to that, every time there's a mass shooting, some babbling political dumbass goes on TV spouting froth about new laws he/she wants...but almost inevitably can't define the differences between auto, semi auto, single shot, revolver, magazine, clip, etc.

6.  Victims, my tearful little boi, are the ones that just lie back and take it...very prominent in blue states, by the way.  I call what I see, and I'm working in a city where generations of horrible, leftist policies have crimes raging, a whole neighborhood held hostage last year, violent and property crimes surging, and the DA basically giving a free pass to misdemeanors.  This kind of rampant, politicized stupidity is ruining many American cities...with years, now, of stories regarding stepping over inert junkies on sidewalks and the homeless defecating in business entrances.

People sitting still for this, allowing and empowering it, are both victims and traitors by any meaningful metric.

Anyway, find a clean hanky and have a pleasant evening!
I was asked about solutions.  Threw three suggestions out there, first was shared databases for background checks.  Second red flag designations with less red-tape.  And third was the removal of liability protections for sellers and manufactures.

What's your solutions, tax rebates for gun ownership?  Consider every one a "legit" owner till they aren't and will that always be determined after the fact?  More gun clubs, should that be mandatory and attendance be part of the ownership?  If you don't like where you live, leave, it seems to be making you bitter.

Still haven't answered where the criminals get the guns.  You can rant about about your own apparent conclusions, it just make you seem fearful and irrational.  When did "they" come for your guns.  If we went back to pre Heller V DC standards would that get us back to the society you want?

Take care Zippy, hope you enjoy your self pleasure.
As specified by the constitution, yes.

Speechless ended after we did nothing after Sandy Hook. We've become a macabre farce of a country.

When the conspiracy theories about crisis actors and Sandy Hook started, that's when I was absolutely disgusted how low some people would sink. People profited off of and exploited the suffering of the families and loved ones that lost a child or grandchild. It was a sickening low point in this country. I am also disgusted by those denying the rights of domestic violence victims protection from their partners. Kids are not safe in schools. They have to do lockdown drills. How fucked up is that? When my son was in high school, there was an active schooter situation and the school was locked down. Thankfully it was resolved without a loss of life but it was scary as hell. We have to do better by our kids. We have to do better by churches and malls. Action has to be taken to protect the vulnerable because we have failed so many.

My kids are nearing the end of their time in middle school. During their three years there, there has been no active shooter on premises but several lockdowns. One when a kid threatened to shoot up the school and prompted kids to tell parents and parents to call police. One lockdown due to an active shooter at a nearby Walmart. One lockdown due to a crazy woman with a gun police couldn't find.

It's a different time. It's about the guns. Everybody's got one. And they've become an actionable extension to our fear, racism, anger, and mental illness. Reasonable people have tried to pass very reasonable gun legislation that might make it a little harder for those with mental conditions, or on the no fly list, to purchase a gun. Every single time it's shot down by members of congress who are bought and paid for by the NRA.

So nothing will ever get done. It's been said a million times, but when 20 six year olds are massacred with an AR-15 by a mentally ill man and nothing is done, nothing will ever be done.
