But look at the plays in those drives.  It looks a lot like didn't do shit, didn't do shit, good pass for first down, didn't do shit, didn't do shit, defensive penalty for automatic first down, didn't do shit, didn't do shit, didn't do shit, kick FG.  Then the other ones are didn't do shit, didn't do shit, one big play, didn't do shit, didn't do shit, didn't do shit, kick FG.

At no point during the game did we have anything that looks like a functioning offense. Just every once in a while a big play happened or the Lions screwed up.

He's had times when he started games a little off-target but he would typically settle in and finish games with almost ridiculous accuracy. He didn't do that last night for whatever reason.

I tend to think he was just too jacked. You could see it in his eyes. Unfortunately, KOC did nothing to help him settle down. Sometimes dialing up a series of high-percentage passes, like quick outs can help a QB settle down, but that didn't happen. And I think the inaccuracy led to a crisis in confidence where he was not seeing receivers on the few occasions when they did get open. It snowballed.
This is exactly what it was. Vikings could have won if he would have hit his open receivers. Four failed trips to the red zone say it was execution more than coaching. I do agree KOC needed to find the high percentage plays to get him back on track. But like you said, in the past he would settle down when it counted. He was so jacked he was throwing too hard with no touch or accuracy.
