When the board changed he just went back on and made a new account. Wetlander was gone. It was a dark and stormy night. Wetlander was lost in the water that was running down the gutter. Washed away in the eternal darkness of the world wide web.

He did suffer a concussion week 15 against the Bears & missed week 16 against the Squawks, so that didn’t help.

He still has those credentials and Wetlander the Mod is still registered here.  i didnt recall if we got that account working for him or not in the reshuffling of the deck chairs.

I was joking...the way a kid asks dad if they can keep a stray puppy that shits on the carpet. :-)

That said, I don't really have a problem with his points of view. I don't agree with them, and his "it should be obvious" posting style is eye-roll inducing, but he's welcome to have a different opinion.

In some ways, I do think we need to step back a little from the McCarthy is awesome presumption. He's really REALLY young. I happen to believe he's perfectly suited for this offense. And there's no doubt KOC loves the kid based on what he's said about him. I couldn't be more excited to watch him play in '25.

I also think this notion that he was a "game manager" at Michigan ignores the fact the he's got a Howitzer for an arm, top-level footspeed and he played QB the way he was told to play QB in a run-heavy offense. That ain't his fault. And it does make you wonder, given his arm talent and athleticism, if McCarthy might not have gone 1st overall if he'd simply gone to LSU instead of Michigan.

But this DH11 dude is not the only one to question JJ's ability to play in an NFL passing offense.
