This is one thing I think is overhyped.  Like you hear this said and I'm fine with people in the know, knowing something I don't know, but from a results on the field perspective, I don't think it's there.  I think it's pretty much just Darnold as the case study.  Like he got Goff and Dobbs to be able to perform when he was speaking in their ear, but they both failed under him.  The whole post Cousins injury portion of the season, wasn't great.  Cousins and Stafford performed about as well without him as with him.

It's something I want to believe, but it's also something I want to see more evidence of.  That said, I still expect JJM to hit the ground running.

It all has to continue to be shown and some things proven, but the indicators are there. The strategic plan is sound and the implementors are smart and motivated. I like Minnesota's chances for success short and long term.
