Broncos trade for WRer Jaylen Waddle - StickierBuns - 03-17-2026

Broncos are trading for Miami WR Jaylen Waddle, per source.
Denver receives: Waddle and Dolphins’ 4th-round pick (11th in round) in this year’s draft.
Miami receives: Broncos’ 1st round pick (30th overall) along with their late 3rd and 4th round picks (30th in each round) in this year’s draft.

The full trade, per sources:
Broncos receive: WR Jaylen Waddle, fourth-round pick
Dolphins receive: 2026 first-round pick (No. 30), third- and fourth-round picks.

A lot to give up, but I think this is a good move for both teams. Denver's going for it and Miami is resetting.

I think I would have preferred a 2027 1st round draft pick if I were them, unless they can flip it for like the Raiders 2027 first.

I am shocked Miami got a 1 and 3 for a WR who is always banged up and very inconsistent. He is not a #1 WR, solid #2 when healthy. 5'10" and 185 and plays smaller than that.

that 4th going the other way makes the 3rd that denver gave up more like a mid 4th rounder, but still a lot for the guy. Makes me wonder what we would have gotten for Addison!

Breaking: The #Eagles are signing former #Chiefs WR Marquise “Hollywood” Brown to a 1-year, deal worth up to $6.5M, multiple sources tell me.
The explosive Brown had 49 catches for 587 yards and 5 TDs last
