If the Bears have a nice year, there'll be even more pressure for the State leadership to play nice.

Bears have already had a nice year and arrow is up on Caleb.
Lots to be excited about in Chi town and you're right - that is more pressure on State.

Kind of funny though that no matter how "tight" a states budget is claimed to be before the legislative session, there are always many many millions that are "found" for pet projects.
