KOC losing the Locker Room? - Chuckf - 12-01-2025 Man, the look on the faces of some of the players on the sidelines yesterday was a gut punch. It seems to me KOC has maybe lost the team? The body language was of a team that has quit. What a mess. RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - JimmyinSD - 12-01-2025 Cant say he's lost the locker room, but the receiver room seems to have moved on RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - purplefaithful - 12-02-2025 (12-01-2025, 10:07 PM)JimmyinSD Wrote: Cant say he's lost the locker room, but the receiver room seems to have moved on That D came to play vs Seattle and the week b4 too RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - MaroonBells - 12-02-2025 It would be surprising if the players weren't a little surly right now. This was a team with Super Bowl ambitions. They've lost 4 straight. And what might be the best receiver group in the NFL can't even get the simplest of passes thrown their way accurately. Every Viking fan on the planet is contorting himself to point all 10 fingers of blame in 10 different directions. I don't think players are blaming anyone, but I'm sure they're angry at the situation they find themselves in. And that might be our biggest concern heading in to 2026. There was a rumor early in the year that the Broncos might try to trade for Justin Jefferson in 2026. I laughed at the person who sent me that. But it's not hard to see it happening if there is no positive flicker of light that emerges from JJ McCarthy in the next few weeks. RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - Vikergirl - 12-02-2025 Be for real? This was not a contender this year. A pretender yes, contender no RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - Chuckf - 12-02-2025 (12-02-2025, 10:02 AM)purplefaithful Wrote: That D came to play vs Seattle and the week b4 too Tells me Flores has NOT lost the locker room for sure. RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - Vanguard83 - 12-02-2025 10th in the league in rushing yards per carry... LAST in rushing attempts. KOC, What is so hard to understand here ? I heard an interesting statistic on NFL Radio this morning. Bill Polian said Marv Levy told him the team that has more rushing attempts in a game wins 85% of those games. Since KOC has been the coach, the Vikings rank 31st in rushing attempts per game. The Wilfs wanted to move off Zimmer and his run heavy approach, well they certainly succeeded with hiring of KOC RE: KOC losing the Locker Room? - purplefaithful - 12-02-2025 (12-02-2025, 04:55 PM)Vanguard83 Wrote: 10th in the league in rushing yards per carry... Lets not forget A. Jones cant stay on the field an entire game anymore! No excuses for KOC learning curve with the run game, but we cant have Jones RB 1a next year, no way. And I sure wouldnt be excited about Mason being that guy either. He is Leroy Hoard incarnated. |
