So without buying the NFL Sunday Ticket... - StickierBuns - 11-05-2025 ...I've been able to see every Viking's game except one (Cincinnati). My guess is south Florida will get the Ravens-Vikings matchup as there are a bunch of Baltimore transplants down here. I was going to pull the trigger on it, but decided not to as their tough schedule would result in nationally televised games. If we win some games, I might buy the truncated version of The Ticket for the last 4 or 5 games. Thanks for checking, badger. I thought the NFL maps came out on Thursday? RE: So without buying the NFL Sunday Ticket... - badgervike - 11-05-2025 (11-05-2025, 10:09 AM)StickierBuns Wrote: Fudge. RE: So without buying the NFL Sunday Ticket... - comet52 - 11-05-2025 Funny, I've been able to see them all without buying the ticket either.
RE: So without buying the NFL Sunday Ticket... - Zanary - 11-05-2025 I'm likely going to go with the bro to a sports bar, too. The question is...the close one with the better menu but no guaranteed sound (only 1 game gets overall sound at a time)... ...or, the one up in north Seattle, which is much further and with worse traffic, but has a pack of purple people? The older I get, the less I'm interested in 'venturing' too far out. Luckily I live in walking distance from my house to a good sports bar called Hijinks: 10 screens inside and a big veranda style outside covered area with 7 more TVs. Food is just ok, typical bar fare. There's also a place called Yard House and another called American Social (much better food, less screens). Probably talk the wife into watching it out. The South Florida Viking's Fan Club meets at a place called Duffy's about 2 miles from my house and I've gone 3 times: a loss everytime, lol. Back of an envelope calculation, there's 5 noon games, the Seattle game & the final game of the season against GB where the start time is TBD. Even if I only view 3 of those games, the Ticket is less expensive than going to a sports bar & I don't have to risk a DWI.
