Tonight, the 49ers will be without their starting QB and WR1, WR2 and WR3.

Thats F'ing crazy...

Ok, are things getting worse for the league on the injury front? Or has it always been this bad????

It's worse. I think it's related to less padded practices under the cba, and guys not playing in the preseason. They are essentially going from zero to a hundred and its caused just a ton of injuries leaguewide the last couple years. It's also why I cringe anytime the topic of expanding the regular season comes up. I know money talks but you can't make football a game of attrition and that is currently the direction it's heading

Brock Purdy has looked awful.  It's hard to believe but I don't think playing Mac Jones is a downgrade at this point.

The line has moved 5 points out to Rams -8.5 so the market obviously disagrees with me.  I would enjoy a Niners upset of Smug McVay but I don't expect one.

I got my wish for a change. Hmm, ok let's keep it simple: wishing the Vikings beat the Browns this weekend.
