Agreed.
In a perfect world, he adds his experience and mentoring to JJM, and never sees the field in active play.

Entirely possible his season in KC matured him, but at every stop prior you get reports of him being a trash locker room guy and not coachable. Indy couldn't drop him fast enough for this reason. And that was one season after his former OC convinced Indys GM to trade a first and third for him.
Sixth team in six seasons speaks volumes. I have zero issue with the signing but think there's a whole lot of purple tinted glasses being worn solely because of where he's from, where he played in college and who his NFL team was as a kid. Same reason we have to hear Trey Lance's name every off-season.

Yeah, I tend to agree. I have no idea if the guy can play now or not. I don't hate it but I sure don't love it either. its a 'meh' for me. If he sits his ass the whole season that will be just fine with me.
