Drake Maye is on his 2nd offensive coordinator and they just turned over a major part of their roster....and most disturbing, he's got Bradbury as his center.
People talk about Caleb tanking, keep an eye on what IMO is the 2nd best chance to disappoint guy in the group, Drake Maye. The temperament intangibles are the ones that make the difference. This is also why I'm low level stoked for Brosmer, he's going to turn out to be a guy you can win games with short term which is ideal QB2 territory, a gamer.

yup, destroy any comfort/confidence they built in year 1. Make them start over before even getting a foothold.

After the nothing they had on offense last year they needed a big turnover to get some actual talent on the team.

I like Vrabel as well and mentioned as much when he was hired. But he's inherited a talentless team, its going to take time and during that process Maye is going to suffer. Not ideal. Just read a story yesterday on how Maye gets '1st quarter jitters' which wouldn't instill a bunch of confidence. But he is a young guy, only 6 months older than McCarthy, so they need to stick with him for awhile.

I can see where they really like (d) Maye...
Big, strapping kid, smart. I think his ceiling is high
