Greenard at #48 in NFL Top 100 - MaroonBells - 08-05-2025 RE: Greenard at #48 in NFL Top 100 - StickierBuns - 08-05-2025 Only 28 years old. Could be a factor for another 5 years. Honestly, not sure what Houston was thinking but its a money cap issue and maybe thought he was capped ability-wise. Hell, Minnesota let Danielle Hunter go so they are probably saying the same thing. Both got 12 sacks last year. Key difference of course is that Hunter is two years older and making $35M this year. Vikings are paying Greenard $19M. I hated to see Hunter go, but I think we got the better of that exchange. RE: Greenard at #48 in NFL Top 100 - Still Hurtn - 08-05-2025 Always saw Hunter like Cousins. Great stats super solid but disappeared when you needed them the most. RE: Greenard at #48 in NFL Top 100 - Mattyman - 08-05-2025 his "Get off" on the snap at the LOS is awesome. RE: Greenard at #48 in NFL Top 100 - greediron - 08-06-2025 IMO Hunter was more of a hand in the dirt DE. Not sure he was as effective as a 3-4 edge. So letting him walk was probably a good decision for that money. Very happy with Greenard. Seems he is having a great effect on Turner as well. |
