He's definitely that. Love the kind of leadership he shows in this clip. I think Allen, with Greenard, Van Ginkel, Phillips, Hargrave, etc is going to take this defense to a new level.

Tone setter and vocal leader. Definitely something needed in the DL room. Just stay healthy and we’re golden. This D might rival the 89 squad for sack production and sheer talent.

Agreed.
Allen is a complete ass kicker and a game wrecker, he was voted #88 #53 and #54 by NFL players since 2022

Tillery and Ward just aren't in the same league as Allen.
