"He's hungry. He's a winner. He's different here (points to his head)."

I like these points of validation from other Vikings players who have rubbed shoulders with JJM.
They have a better perspective than any of us.

Kinda nice when a vet who played with prime Aaron Rodgers is excited to take handoffs and catch passes from a year 1 guy.

*goosebumps*

Something you and I have said and salivated on for quite some time. LOL. Those 3 points.... Are things you either have or you don't. Hard to teach them. What separates the good to the greats.

JJ's first receiving TD. Worth the watch just for #13 taking a seat on defense. I had a play like this in practice once. Coach broke his clipboard over my head.

Interesting his comment that there could have been a legit QB competition if he didn't get hurt, that says a lot, I can see him being complimentary, but he didn't have to say something like that.

We've heard that so much recently and even KOC now said the only thing Uncle Sammy had on him was 'experience'. So it wasn't just a rumor. JJ looked like a rookie in OTAs, not so much at the end of training camp/preseason. Wait until he gets all the #1 reps. He'll also put his personal stamp on ownership of the offense now that he's the guy.
