Sounds like the Vikings have agreed to terms with former Packers LB Eric Wilson, per source. Wilson played more than 500 defensive snaps last year in GB, key special teamer as well. Vikings needed depth with Kamu Grugier-Hill becoming FA.

Vikings really needed a better LB3. When Grugier Hill had to come in it really hurt us. Just based on his overall PFF grade (64.8), this looks to be a sizable upgrade over KGH (36.4).

Yes, it appears to be the same guy. Vikings undrafted free agent in 2017.

Wilson will get rotation snaps on this D, hes not just for backup and ST, which he is really good at.

Would be interesting to see him and Pace on the field together, but really high motors guys, Pace reminds me a lot of him. Think they would play well off each other.
